Uncover how your teams are already using AI at work
Many organisations are surprised to find that their employees are already using AI tools informally and without guidance.
This questionnaire is designed to help you start the conversation, build awareness, and lay the groundwork for responsible AI implementation. It’s based on principles from ISO/IEC 42001, the emerging standard for AI management systems.

How This Questionnaire Aligns with ISO/IEC 42001
This discovery questionnaire is structured to align with the foundational principles of ISO/IEC 42001, the international standard for AI management systems. Each section supports key ISO 42001 domains:
- Awareness & Usage questions help understand the current context of the organisation (Clause 4), essential for defining the scope of an AI management system.
- Value & Concerns questions provide insight for risk and opportunity assessment (Clause 6.1) and guide early operational planning.
- Support & Enablement questions align with competence (Clause 7.2), awareness (7.3), and communication (7.4) requirements, revealing gaps in training, policy understanding, and cultural readiness.
By asking these questions early, organisations can build a clearer picture of their current AI landscape, inform responsible implementation, and prepare for ISO 42001-aligned governance.
